1. Products & Availability

All Mio Matcha products are 100% authentic and imported directly from Japan.
Product availability may vary. Mio Matcha reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
Payments are processed securely using the payment methods available on our website.
Mio Matcha reserves the right to change prices, shipping fees, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

3. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times depend on the customer’s location within the UAE.

Western Region Deliveries:
Deliveries to western areas are scheduled for Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays only.

While Mio Matcha works with reliable courier partners, delays caused by third-party couriers are beyond our control. We will, however, assist with tracking and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.

4. Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
• Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted, as the order may already be processed or shipped.

Returns

• Return requests must be made within 4 days of receiving the order.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
• Once approved, delivery and return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Upon verification, Mio Matcha will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.
